After spending several years climbing the corporate ladder in positions of senior management among multi-million dollar enterprises, P3’s founder, Arden Tilghman, began to see and believe in the power of doing business with an approach focused not only on bottom line profits, but of an overall positive impact on everything it touches.
We are often asked what the “P3” stands for. We aim to conduct our business with a triple bottom line approach. Our company’s impact on People, Profit, and Planet are all of equal importance. We govern ourselves in a way that is beneficial to all people we impact, is financially profitable, and aims to leave a positive impact on the planet.
