This is a rodeo to remember! Games, pony rides, crafts, and more!
Birthday parties include a three-hour reception for up to 40 people at The Main Barn Pavilion. Parties include a decorated pavilion, barn-themed games, pony rides, and paint-a-pony with take-home canvas. Adults must register but are not charged a fee.
After confirming your reservation, our event coordinator will reach out to discuss your catering and enhancement selections.

What to bring
Cake, cupcakes, or any other desserts
• Drinks and snacks for guests (we recommend water, juice boxes, and easy-to-serve treats)
• Plates, napkins, cups, and utensils
• Cooler or ice if you’re bringing anything perishable
• Party favors (optional, but always a hit!)
• Any additional decorations you’d like to bring (please no balloons or confetti near the horses)We’ll take care of the pony fun — you just bring the celebration! If you have any questions or special requests, feel free to reach out.
Special requirements
To make sure everyone has a safe and magical time at your pony party, we do have a few important rules:
• Closed-toe shoes are required for all children who wish to interact with or ride the ponies.
• All riders must wear helmets, which we provide.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please do not feed the ponies unless instructed by staff.
• Respect the ponies’ space — no chasing, shouting, or pulling on tails or manes.
Our team will be there to guide the fun and keep everyone safe! If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.
Restrictions
To ensure a safe and smooth experience for all guests and our animals, please keep in mind the following restrictions during your party:
• No outside animals are allowed on the property.• No balloons, confetti, or piñatas — these can startle the ponies and create safety concerns.
• No unsupervised children near the ponies or in restricted areas.
• No climbing on fences, gates, or pony equipment.
Our priority is the safety of your guests and the well-being of our ponies. Thank you for helping us keep the party fun and safe for everyone!

- Cancellations must be made ten (10) days in advance, after which rides are non-refundable. Adjustments or rescheduling must be requested three (3) days prior to the scheduled ride.
- If you are late for your scheduled time, or if you do not arrive for your scheduled time, no refund or credit will be issued.
- If activities must be rescheduled due to unsafe conditions (weather or otherwise), a wrangler will contact you as early as possible to reschedule your ride. Cancellation penalties do not apply to weather or other safety related cancellations.
