Love horses, the outdoors, and making a guest’s day? Rock Springs Guest Ranch is part of the P3 family, and we’re looking for team members who want to work in one of Central Florida’s most beautiful natural settings, Rock Springs Run State Reserve.

Our team guides trail rides and lessons, cares for our herd, runs our Rockin’ Riders Day Camps, and helps guests celebrate special events at the ranch. If you are hardworking, safety-minded, and happiest outdoors, we would love to hear from you.
